Abstract ; This study aimed to identify The role of strategic planning to meet The need of the Palestinian labor market of the workforce , through the answer the main question what is the role of strategic planning to meet the needs of the Palestinian labo r market of the workforce ? To answer the question the researcher to set sub- committee of it , which centered on the reafity of strategic planning education faculties in universities in Gaza • and the degree of exercise deanships college education for strategic planning , and the degree of availability of good standards the components and elements of the strategic plan , and proposed recommendations for development of strategic planning university . To chive the objectives of the study , the researcher used the descriptive analytical study , and has design need questionnaire consisting of {35} items distribut• d on three areas : 1- The reality of strategic planning of education faculties in universities in Gaza. 2- The deg.ree of management of the college of Education strategic planning processes . 3- availability of good standards in the components and elements of the strategic plan for the hannonization of the labor mark the point of the sample . The questionnaire was distributed to the study's sample (60) as a member of the faculty members of universities in Gaza . To deal with the data optioned by the statistical researcher , was used for statistical software package (SPSS) test hast to study many of the most important result ;- 1- the results indicated that (82,671) of the study agree that the highly successful strategic planning depends on the formulation of objectives . 2- turned out to be r 9.00%) of the study agree that unites the understanding of strategic planning and how to worn towards a corrvnon good • and they degree that strategic planning contributes to the growth and development of the faculty of education .
