Abstract:
This study aims at identifying the nature of correlation between the organizational climate reality prevailing in the secondary schools in the Governorates of Gaza and the teachers job satisfaction level ad also reveal significant differences in the average teachers estimates’ to the reality of organizational climate and the job satisfaction level depending on the variables of the study ( gender, science qualification, years of experience and the educational area) . In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach using two questionnaires: The first is to determine the organizational climate reality prevailing in the secondary schools and it included (49) paragraphs distributed to five fields which are (decision making, communication , using technology, organizational loyalty and the reality of the work, The second questionnaire is to determine the job satisfaction level of the secondary schools teachers in the governorates of Gaza and it included (38) paragraphs distributed to four fields which are (leadership type ,humanity relationship ,training, salaries and promotion ) .The study sample consisted of all the male and female teachers of the governmental secondary schools in the governorates of Gaza who are (4977) male and female teachers in the year (2013-2014). The study sample was selected in randomly manner and it included (577)teachers representing (11%) of the study population. To address the data the statistical packages for social sciences program(spss) was used. The study concluded the following results: 1-The organizational climate level of the male and female teachers of the secondary education in Gaza 2-The job satisfaction level of the male and female teachers of the secondary education in Gaza governorates won a big relative weight (68,6% ) . 3-There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a<0,05) in the averages of the estimates of the study sample members of the organizational climate attributed to the gender variable (male ,female) in favor of females. 4-There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a<0,05) in the averages of the estimates of the study sample members of the organizational climate attributed to the years of experience variable, educational area and science qualification exept loalty that’s statistically significant differences in favor of bacaloria. 5-There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a < 0,05) in the averages of the estimates of the study sample members of the job satisfaction level attributed to the gender variable (male ,female) in favor of females. 6-There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a< 0,05) in the averages of the estimates of the study sample members of the job satisfaction level attributed to the years of experience variable, educational area and science qualification. 7-There is a statistically significant direct correlation at the level of significance (a< 0,05) between the averages of the secondary school teachers estimates in the governorates of Gaza of organizational climate reality prevailing in the governmental secondary schools and the average of their estimates of the job satisfaction level for them . In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends: 1- sharing the teachers essentially in the studying decision making that exceed the responsibility deflect to opinion positively and exceed morals for them . 2- the management should specify times for communication with teachers and use easy and different communication . 3-instruct rules that save teachers rights include innovation system like employer in other ministery that achieve job satisfaction for them .
