Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the teachers estimate the degree of moral leadership among their managers and their relationship to organizational loyalty from the point of view of teachers and schools UNRWA Gaza province. The study sample consisted of (336) teachers during the school year (2014-2015). To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher applied (descriptive and analytical way). The researcher collect data related to the study using following tools: a questionnaire moral leadership, which is prepared by the researcher. It consists of (51) statements is divided into four areas: (attributes of personal relationships, administrative and technical work attributes, teamwork, humanitarian sense in transactions), and the identification organizational loyalty of the researcher and consists of (27) statements distributed over a three areas are: (strong believe in work, a willingness to work, pride in work as a teacher). The current study most important results are the following: • Degree of moral leadership of the teachers estimate the principal's relief agency Gaza province was large when the relative weight (84.7%) and the consequent areas of moral leadership questionnaire as follows: - Came in the field of administrative and technical work at the highest levels of moral leadership attributes relative weight (86.9%). - Followed by a humanitarian sense in transactions relative weight (84.9%). - Third comes the field of personal relationships attributes relative weight (83.7%). - Finally comes the field of collective work relative weight (83.1%). خ • With the degree of appreciation and UNRWA teachers to the level of a large organizational loyalty when the relative weight (87.4%), and the consequent areas of organizational loyalty questionnaire as follows: - Where the field of faith came to work in the highest levels of organizational loyalty relative weight (90.2%). - And then get ready for action relative weight (87.4%). - And finally, she came to work as a teacher pride relative weight (84.9%). • There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤ 0.05), between the mean scores of the sample estimates to exercise moral leadership among school principals attributed to variables (sex, age, region, education, years of service). • There are statistically significant differences at the level (α≤ 0.05), between the mean scores of the sample estimates to exercise moral leadership among school principals attributed qualification on the areas of the variable (administrative and technical work attributes, humanitarian sense in the transactions, and the total score of the questionnaire moral leadership), in favor of the qualification campaign diploma. • There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤ 0.05), between the mean scores of the sample estimates of organizational loyalty they have due to the variable (sex). • There are statistically significant differences at the level (α≤ 0.05), between the mean scores of the sample estimates of loyalty organizational due to the variable age on the field (pride to work as a teacher, and the total score of the questionnaire organizational loyalty), for the benefit of the age group over 40 years, and depending on the qualification variable Scientific favor (diploma), and variable depending on the school district for the benefit of (west of Gaza). • There are statistically significant differences at the level (α≤ 0.05), between the mean scores of the sample estimates of organizational loyalty due to the variable of years of service to all areas of the college and the degree of organizational loyalty questionnaire, in favor of a group of more than 10 years of years of service. • There are significant positive relationship at the level of (α≤ 0.01) among all areas of moral leadership questionnaire total score of the questionnaire and all areas of organizational loyalty and the total score of the questionnaire survey, where the correlation coefficient between the values of (0.469-0.630). In light of the results of study, the researcher recommends the following: • That the competent authorities working in the relief agency to set up multiple programs to take advantage of the organizational levels of loyalty among teachers. • Adoption of moral leadership as one of the terms of assessing school principals. • Present the study at all educational areas of the agency for the levels of leadership and organizational loyalty and benefit from the results of the study at the appointment of school principals. • Highlighting successful models of outstanding principals in the area of moral leadership and the rest of the fields to be role models for their colleagues.
